Orders take 1-5 business (Monday- Friday) days to be packed and shipped after the date ordered and 1-7 business days to be shipped. Time may be extended if during a holiday or a personal vacation.

You're purchases are made, packaged and shipped by a human, meaning they will have human errors. I do not do return on orders but if your pieces arrive broken, damaged, or you're not happy with them, please contact me through instagram or here and we can work something out.

Each piece is handmade and unique. Because they are made by hand, you may find some imperfections and not all pieces will be exactly the same. Nevertheless, they are a unique addition to your life. Some styles are more fragile than others. When Traveling: *Store in a box surrounded with cotton cushion (like the boxes I send them in), with a rubberband around the box. Place in a place where the box will not be curshed. Do: *Store them in a box * Display them so they are free of contact with other metals. This reduces oxidation of the metals. * Clean make up off with rubbing alcohol/acetone. To care for your earrings it's best to: *Not get in the water with them *Not do vigorous activities with them *Not try to bend them *Not sleep with them on *Not place them in a place where they can be crushed by other items

All our earrings flat posts and ballposts are made of stainless steel hypoallergenic material. Huggie hoops and charm earrings are also hypoallergenic! They are also nickel free. Our fish hooks and clip ons are made of brass. Most earrings, but not all, can be turned into clip ons. You can request for clip ons free of charge at check out.

I do ocassionally! Again, for the sake of my well-being, I take limited custom orders for earrings, studs and oil diffusing love charms most restocks! You can make yours under the "Shop" tab in the" Custom order" category.

Not at all! Polymer clay is very light! Most are very light. Bigger and more layered styles will be slightly more heavy.

WE DO ! We currently have this option for Sacramento pick up, but not always.

We are working hard to move towards all recyclable shipping material! We use paper mailers, our "thank you notes" have multi-purpose to reduce waste- they serve as earring cards, a business card and a "thank you" note from us! All our logo's on marketing material are paper-based stickers. We use paper as it is a compostable and recyclable material.
